Become a Trade Spend Analyst with Sofina Foods, focusing on the accurate processing of rebate claims and their verification. This role emphasizes accurate financial practices and effective communication with customers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of AR & Trade Spend, you will play an integral part in ensuring rebate claims are processed accurately, linking sales data with contracts. Your analytical skills will be essential in maintaining the general ledger while communicating necessary adjustments for over-deductions directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up current rebate plans within the ERP system
• Verify accuracy of amounts and supporting documents
• Engage with customers to resolve deduction disputes
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts diligently
• Provide detailed internal reports on rebate activities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in an accounting role
• Degree in accounting/finance is essential
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting practices
• Skilled handling of confidential information
