In this full time role, you will create engaging and structured learning experiences for children aged 3–5. As a key leader, you will mentor educators, maintain high classroom standards, and foster robust family relationships. Your commitment to early childhood education will play a vital role in preparing children for Kindergarten. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Left Brain Jumping Junipers preschool
Design and implement Montessori curriculum
Support children's self-regulation and confidence
Observe and assess children's development
Collaborate with educators for a unified approach Requirements:
Certified Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Understanding of developmental strategies
Strong communication and leadership skills
