This position offers the flexibility to work from any Dillon office in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of strategic Asset Management plans
• Actively pursue business development opportunities
• Advise municipalities on implementing effective investment strategies
• Oversee projects,
ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines
• Facilitate community discussions and workshops
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related area
• P.Eng. license in Ontario essential
• 8–10 years of expertise in municipal asset management
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in conveying technical information clearly
