Our stormwater group includes expertise in stormwater management planning and design for site and watershed-scale development and re-development, and supporting municipal clients to understand the needs and opportunities for drainage upgrades and multi-benefit facilities for conveyance, flood protection, rate and volume control and water quality improvement.The CompanyWe are a 100% employee-owned consulting engineering firm. We want to work with those who, like us, take pride in creating innovative solutions that push the boundaries of conventional practices.What You’ll DoDeveloping master drainage plans, watershed and site-based integrated stormwater management plans, and capital plans; Working closely with municipalities and undertaking drainage and stormwater-related design projects; Developing concept, preliminary, and detailed designs for green infrastructure in various urban and suburban contexts, culverts, detention ponds, storm sewers and other stormwater and related facilities; Training and supervising junior staff; andReport andproposal writing.What You’ll BringRegistration as a Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia or another Canadian Province4‑8 years of experience in stormwater, water resources,



hydrology/hydraulics and other related fieldsExperience with SWMM‑based software, HEC‑RAS or other modelling softwareExperience with ESRI ArcGIS is an assetDesign and construction experience with stormwater or other infrastructure projectsPro‑active attitude with an interest in innovative and client‑focused problem‑solvingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to work with team members in a multi‑disciplinary environmentA desire to learn new skills and an eagerness to grow within your roleA valid driver’s license (in good standing) is mandatoryMust be physically able to conduct field visits commensurate with project work.
