The Salvation Army is seeking a Floor Counsellor for its Toronto Harbour Light Treatment program. This role provides skilled, protected and structured support to clients living in the facility, with accurate documentation of contacts and ensuring a protected environment at all times.
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Floor Counsellor will model healthy life skills, assist clients in residence, and contribute to reports and statistics while upholding the organization’s mission and values.
