• Implement effective end-to-end solutions in the FLARE app
• De-risk product strategies through transparent planning

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Shipped LLM-powered components within core products
• Expertise in applied ML, data science, and evaluation methods
• Extensive cross-stack development experience
• High autonomy, resourceful with decision-making
