Thales Canada is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join a Global Support Success team. You will replicate complex customer problems, diagnose possible causes, and manage level 2–3 interactions with customers. You will help define methodologies to improve problem management across the lifecycle. You will work with global support teams, engineering, product managers, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure effective cross‑team communication and timely issue resolution while maintaining
