• Administer the Home’s Staff Development Program with leadership

• Coordinate in-services and refreshers using best practices
Requirements:
• RN/RPN in valuable standing with evidence of competency
• Experience in Long-Term Care settings preferred
• Background in adult education and coaching strategies
• Proven ability to assess and evaluate learning needs
• Formal education in relevant health/science disciplines
