JOB DESCRIPTION AAA Canada is looking for several Pre-flight Mechanics (AME) to join its team.
Responsibilities Install and repair mechanical components;
Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems;
Inspect and maintain mechanical systems (e.g. hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control, etc.);
Prepare aircraft for flights ("refueling", daily inspection);
Participate in engine and APU (auxiliary power unit) tests;
Perform modifications according to service bulletins while respecting industry standards;
May be required to work in a noisy and dusty setting;
Participate in the continuous improvement program (SAE);
Perform any other related tasks.
Skills and qualifications You have college or vocational training:
Diploma (D.E.C.) or (A.E.C.) in aircraft maintenance or an equivalent diploma in aircraft maintenance recognized by the Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés Culturelles (MICC)
An AME M2 (B1), B1 (B2) license and a High School Diploma (D.E.S)
You have five (5) years of experience as an aircraft maintenance mechanic.
You are able to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals;




You are flexible regarding shift work.
Bilingualism (French - English) orally and in writing is an key asset for communication in the client site's multilingual environment and technical documentation.
Required experience Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
