We’re seeking a hands-on Staff DevOps Engineer to own architecture, automation, and scaleout of our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. You’ll work closely with software engineers to deliver AI-ready, production-grade systems that are secure, resilient, and built for speed.

What You’ll Do
​ Architect, automate, and scale secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
​ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery.
​ Collaborate with engineering teams to design production-ready AI/ML systems.
​ Monitor, optimize, and secure all environments for performance, uptime, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For​

Experience
​ 10+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering (hands-on IC).
​ Startup experience (early-stage preferred). Additional background at larger tech companies (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
​ Deep expertise with GCP (compute, networking,



storage, security).
​ Proven experience integrating AI/ML systems in production.
​ Bonus: Founder/CTO background, or 5+ years at a successful startup.

Skills
CI/CD, containerization, automated testing.
​ Kubernetes expertise.
​ Distributed systems & cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
​ Database & infra stack: Postgres, Turbopuffer, OpenAI.
​ Platform telemetry, performance, scalability, uptime ownership.
