This role is best suited for candidates with at least five years of experience who possess solid organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare documentation for various corporate transactions
• Submit filings to federal and provincial registries
• Track compliance requirements for corporate records




• Organize Nova Scotia and Federal corporations
• Support team members through training and mentorship
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a Corporate Paralegal or Clerk role
• Proven experience with corporate transactions
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
