The Senior Pega Developer will be a part of a agile Commercial Lending Operations Technology team responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing current workflows and enhancements to the system. The developer is expected to work with the functional team to create technical designs, create code to build functionality, test the functionality, provide technical support for existing functionality to ensure that it meets defined criteria, and work with the deployment team to implement the functionality.
Required Skills
Development experience with Pega Rules and BPM engine
Demonstrated success in full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably PEGA 7 and 8) including live implementation in PEGA.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Robust understanding & knowledge of PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees,
listeners, UI design, Integration, Security Model etc.
Specific Pega skills/experience
PEGA PRPC Use Case Development minimum 5 years’ experience preferred
Converting business into process flow minimum 5 years’ experience preferred
Prefer Pega 8.x.
Other Required Skills/ Experience
Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience.
Perform regular code and design reviews.
