Staffix Professional Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing plumbing, drain cleaning, and water restoration company serving both residential and commercial clients in the Northwest GTA and surrounding areas. Their mission is to deliver exceptional service with a customer-first approach. They are seeking an experienced Service Plumber who’s ready to take the next step in their career with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Qualifications:
Red Seal Journeyman Plumbing License with at least 6 years of residential and commercial experience
Robust teamwork skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter
Interest in leadership opportunities and mentoring team members
Excellent verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Committed to delivering excellence and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:
Represent the company professionally and deliver a customer-focused experience




Lead and mentor apprentice team members
Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and deliver results on time
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes
Accurately diagnose in office issues, provide cost estimates, and complete work efficiently
Operate drain cleaning equipment, including jetters, cameras, and snakes
Use hand and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks
Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency calls
