Successful applicants will have experience servicing highway tractors and all brands of off highway equipment including but not limited to: John Deere, Caterpillar, Volvo and Hitachi.Key ResponsibilitiesFuel, lube, and service heavy equipment, trucks, and small engines onsitePerform routine preventative maintenance, including fluid checks and top-upsGrease equipment and inspect for visible wear or leaksMaintain records of service and fueling activitiesCommunicate with mechanics and supervisors regarding equipment status and any issuesOperate service trucks and ensure proper storage and handling of fuels and lubricantsAssist with equipment mobilization and general yard/field tasks as neededFollow all safety procedures and environmental regulationsAble to schedule and maintain a fleet of 30+ pieces of equipmentQualifications & RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role or mechanical servicing of heavy equipment preferredClass 5 driver’s license (Class 3 or higher with air brakes considered an asset)Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently in varying weather and field conditionsBasic knowledge of hydraulic, fuel, and lube systems an assetPhysically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors for extended periodsSafety certifications (e.G., WHMIS, TDG, First Aid) are an asset but can be providedWork Schedule & DetailsCompetitive wages based on experienceOpportunities for overtime and advancementAccommodations and meals while in remote campsA supportive team and safety-first environmentExposure to a wide variety of heavy equipment#J-18808-Ljbffr
