Job Description The AVP of Digitization Delivery is accountable for the end-to-end technology strategy, delivery, engineering excellence, and operational performance of a Product Group. The role serves as the senior technology leader partnering with Product Group Owners,



business leaders, architects, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and secure technology solutions that drive customer and business value. As a member of the Product Group leadership team, the PGTL establishes technology roadmaps, leads engineering teams, manages delivery execution, and ensures technology investments align with enterprise architecture, risk, security, and regulatory standards. The PGTL is accountable for technology outcomes, delivery performance, and the long-term health of the technology ecosystem supporting the Product Group. This entails aligning with other business & technical partners, and senior management to follow a product vision, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, managing delivery blockers, continuously assessing stakeholder feedback, and driving innovation for the Product Group.
