About the Role:A Support staff is a key part of the front of house team who assists in running the day-to-day tasks or events as a Server or Kitchen Hand. As a Support Staff member, you will ensure each assignment or event of the day is not only set up for success but is executed efficiently and flawlessly.

Responsibilities:
Assisting in event set-ups, execution and tear down
Assisting as kitchen help
Event serving and or bartending
Strict adherence to health and safety procedures as per company policy
Foster a positive workplace environment
Required to work at multiple locations throughout Toronto and the surrounding area

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or catering company an asset
Smart Serve certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a rapid-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
