The Township seeks a dedicated leader to manage its Fire and Emergency Services. As Fire Chief, you will oversee fire suppression, prevention, training, and medical response. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for fire and emergency services
• Oversee fire suppression and emergency management coordination
• Act as Community Emergency Management Coordinator
• Support department personnel development and performance
• Advise on service delivery and legislative requirements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Fire Services or related field
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in fire services
• Certifications: NFPA 1021, 1031, 1041, 1521
• Valid Ontario DZ driver’s license
• Knowledge of emergency management practices
