At Bubbles Haircare for Kids, we're not just cutting hair, we're creating experiences. From first haircuts to confidence-boosting new styles, everything we do is built to make the experience easy for parents and positive for kids.

Bubbles Haircare is seeking a Salon Manager to lead our Saint John salon. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, inventory management and ensuring a consistently positive experience for both clients and staff.

What you'll do

Responsibilities
Leading day-to-day salon operations (scheduling, staffing, and flow)




Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
Delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families
Managing inventory and maintaining an organized, efficient space
Handling client questions and resolving issues with professionalism
Providing regular updates to the Owner on operations and key prioritie

If you're a licensed stylist, you'll also spend time behind the chair.

What you'll need

Qualifications
Experience in a salon environment (licensed stylist is a strong asset)
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
Someone who enjoys working with kids and families
A team-focused leader who brings energy and accountability
