Key Responsibilities:



• Support CSWB and DEI strategy implementation • Coordinate community consultations and public engagement • Organize safety workshops and training sessions • Collaborate with external organizations on initiatives • Monitor compliance with human rights and equity standards

Requirements: • Education in Community Development or similar • 1-2 years of related experience in public sector • Knowledge of community safety best practices • Solid organizational and communication abilities • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
