ComPsych is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians to join its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. This role focuses on offering effective short-term counseling for a variety of behavioral health needs. Providers will perform intake assessments and clinical evaluations while addressing issues like stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver ethical EAP counseling services
• Conduct clinical assessments and guidance
• Assist clients with work-life balance issues
• Keep timely clinical documentation
• Follow ComPsych’s care coordination processes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
• At least 3 years of post-master’s experience
• Current skilled accreditation
• Qualified liability insurance as required
• Recent resume or CV submission
