HOPA Ports is searching for a Senior Commercial Manager to enhance stakeholder engagement and business development across our diverse port real estate portfolio. Drive strategic initiatives and build effective partnerships.
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee business development and leasing tasks, reporting directly to the Vice President, Commercial. You’ll spearhead initiatives across HOPA’s locations, including Hamilton and Niagara, assembling and managing a high-performing team dedicated to strategic growth. Utilize market analysis to drive decisions and maintain an organized pipeline of commercial opportunities.
