Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paint Line Operator to join our team at Adora Kitchens Ltd. in Coaldale. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our cabinetry products meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor an automated paint line.

Paint Preparation: Measure, mix, and prepare paints and coatings according to specific formulas and work orders.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and consistency. Make necessary adjustments to equipment for proper finish.

Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on paint line equipment.

Safety & Hygiene: Enforce and follow safety procedures and guidelines,



maintain a clean and organized work area, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of production output, paint usage, and equipment maintenance.

Material Management: Check materials for defects and ensure sufficient inventory is available.
