A minimum of five years of supervisory experience alongside a Red Seal Heavy-Duty Mechanic certification is required. You will oversee equipment repair and ensure compliance with crucial safety regulations while nurturing a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead Mobile Maintenance personnel
• Conduct repairs on various mining equipment
• Manage inventory and parts procurement
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and operational oversight
Requirements:
• Red Seal or Interprovincial Journeyman's Certificate
• Five years supervisory experience in the mining sector
• Robust mechanical skills in underground equipment
• Experience with health and safety compliance
• Physically fit and possess a valid driver's license
