As a Quality Team Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 15 to 25 union employees and take responsibility for human resources management. Your strategic planning and leadership will facilitate the achievement of high-quality performance while promoting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute daily operations with your team • Manage union employee activities and ensure quality support • Document processes to achieve and share best practices • Analyze key productivity and safety indicators regularly • Foster communication and collaboration with other departments
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience • Excellent managerial skills with problem-solving acumen • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Solid leadership and communication skills • Bilingual communication in English and French preferred
