As an Independent Contractor, you will engage directly with families and children to deliver tailored evidence-based interventions. The role requires flexibility, allowing you to create a work-life balance while fulfilling a crucial role in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients using standardized tools in their home
• Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices
• Actively involve families in the therapeutic process
• Coach clients and families in goal-oriented strategies
• Measure intervention results against SMART goals

Requirements:
• Experience in therapy for children and teens with Autism
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Current qualified liability proof
• Valid driver's license necessary
• ADP authorizer certification is an advantage
