In your role as Production Planner, reporting to the Production Control Manager, you will manage work orders and ensure accurate materials are available. Leveraging your planning expertise will be essential for coordinating efforts with sales and manufacturing teams. Your proactive communication will help manage priorities and workflow bottlenecks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Release work orders and conduct material checks
• Ensure all work orders are accurately tracked
• Assess capacity requirements for production
• Interact with various departments on parts priorities
• Adjust inventories and perform root cause analysis
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• At least two years of Production Planning experience
• CPIM certification favorable
• Solid Microsoft Office proficiency
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
