Key Responsibilities:
• Guide nursing teams to achieve clinical excellence
• Implement and monitor key care processes and programs




• Maintain compliance with nursing supply and equipment management

Requirements:
• Valid Bachelor of Nursing Science or post diploma
• Registered Nurse in positive standing with relevant college
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care nursing
• 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare
• Certification in Gerontological Nursing preferred
