Key Responsibilities:



• Support implementation of operational plans for HIE • Manage administrative tasks and day-to-day operations • Assist in tracking and reporting service delivery • Organize events and meetings, ensuring logistical needs • Collaborate on systems improvements and workflow efficiencies

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in coordination and administration • 1-2 year post-secondary education in relevant areas • Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools • Robust organizational and project management skills
