In this role, you'll report directly to the Supply Chain Team Lead and facilitate daily functions across our Supply Chain Department. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with export control regulations. With 3+ years in supply chain roles and a focus on accuracy, you'll help our team thrive and adapt to dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and redirect incoming purchase orders
• Address customer queries about order timings




• Review and manage RFQs promptly
• Assist with Return Merchandise Authorization as needed
• Prepare and ensure compliance with packing and delivery schedules
Requirements:
• Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent
• 3+ years in a relevant supply chain role
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office
• Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
