Your expertise will be critical in coordinating training plans, developing a network of contacts, and monitoring Trainee performance through data analysis and thoughtful coaching.Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and coordination of training programs
- Manage curriculum content for Dealer training initiatives
- Establish a network of Subject Matter Experts and business contacts
- Identify and address any performance gaps in training
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance Trainee performanceRequirements:
- Canadian Tire Retail Store experience preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Solid customer focus with relationship management skills
