Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers
• Make product recommendations based on guest needs
• Share details about the AEO loyalty program
• Adapt to different zones, including Cash & Wrap and Fitting Room
• Proactively solve guest issues while upholding policies
Requirements:
• Robust love for AE & Aerie products
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum age of 16
• High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks
