Key Responsibilities: • Identify eligible clients for the PMSS program • Collaborate on personalized work plans • Manage comprehensive wrap-around service delivery • Supervise and maintain operational budget for PMSS • Foster team development and elder support resources
Requirements: • Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent experience • Valid Class 5 Drivers License • Current Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector • Exceptional interpersonal and cutting-edge skills • Ability to speak Cree preferred
