In this role reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will provide legendary service and utilize your product knowledge to enhance customers’ shopping experiences. Your responsibilities will include promoting company promotions and maintaining visual standards in the store, all while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide customers in product selection through personalized service • Promote company programs to enhance sales and customer engagement • Maintain high visual presentation standards across the store • Assess and resolve customer issues effectively • Support other store functions as necessary to meet needs

Requirements: • One year of sales or service experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Ability to provide superior customer support and service • Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and product knowledge • Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products preferred
