We’re hiring: Financial Planning Associate / Client Service Associate

We are recruiting for a top-tier Vancouver based firm who is seeking an ambitious Financial Planning Associate to drive client plan creation, insurance implementation, and practice operations.

Client Impact: Direct involvement in case preparation, underwriting coordination, and client relationship management.

What You’ll Do
Plan Development: Build and update comprehensive financial, retirement, tax, and estate plans.
Insurance Operations: Research quotes,



prepare suitability letters, manage underwriting requirements, and coordinate current business with carriers.
Client & Practice Management: Handle client inquiries, update CRM systems, streamline SOPs, and support marketing prospects.

What You Bring
LLQP Certification (Active or ability to obtain prior to start date).
3+ years of financial planning or financial services experience
Language Skills: Fluent English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of insurance, segregated funds, and wealth management compliance.
