Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to customers in person and online
• Advise on parts, rentals, and equipment needs
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management
• Process customer inquiries and payments promptly




• Facilitate the coordination of rental logistics and repairs

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Solid understanding of software applications and inventory systems
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and strong driving record
