Join the dedicated Equestrian team at Queen Margaret’s School as Equestrian Operations Support Staff in Duncan, BC. This role emphasizes horse care and ensuring secure, functional facilities for various equestrian programs.

In this full time position, you will work closely with horses, supporting the Rider Development and Equine-Facilitated Wellness initiatives. Combining independent and team tasks, your horse-handling experience will enhance our students' equestrian journey while maintaining operational excellence within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Care for horses through feeding, grooming, and stall upkeep
• Safely manage horse movements within the facility
• Assist with program setups, delivery, and clean-up




• Monitor equine health and report changes in behavior
• Perform basic facility maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
• Experience in equine settings, particularly with 30+ horses
• Proficiency in equine safety practices
• Reliable and solutions-focused mindset
• Access to a mobile phone for communication
• Comfortable handling manual tasks consistently
