Key Responsibilities




Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
Handle payments including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards
Scan items and ensure correct pricing
Receive and process payments for goods and services
Calculate and reconcile daily or shift payments with total sales
Stock shelves and maintain a clean counter area
Greet customers and provide prompt service
Accept reservations or take-out orders as required
Wrap or bag merchandise for customers
Provide excellent customer service
Calculate foreign currency exchange when required
