Perform timely maintenance on building assets
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks
Investigate and troubleshoot outages in systems
Manage contractor work and verify completions
Follow Health and Safety procedures consistently Requirements:
Community College Certificate in Environmental Systems or equivalent
Three years’ experience in building operations
Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills
