As our Residential Sales Associate, you are a pro in business development, establishing relationships acquiring recent clients, and attaining objectives The role:
Partner with residential building and condo developers to obtain current areas of residential sales
Actively seek out new avenues for residential sales and build a client base through cold-calling, email marketing, and client relationship management
Provide sales expertise and strategies to reach and exceed sales targets
Establish and maintain robust business and customer relationships
About you:
Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Experience attaining sales targets
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiating skills
Bilingual in French and English
