In your role, you will be the first point of contact for startups, guiding them through their experience with Invest Ottawa's diverse services. You will coordinate onboarding, build relationships with clients and partners, and manage various program activities for optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain connections with tech founders
Guide clients in navigating Invest Ottawa offerings
Plan and execute workshops and networking sessions
Manage logistics for events—from catering to technical needs
Maintain records and gather client feedback in the CRM Requirements:
Completed diploma or degree in business or related field
Over 2 years of work experience in a business context
Proven relationship-building and communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
