We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a protected and productive manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Fulltime Night Shift available Sun-Thurs.
Responsibilities
Tow vehicles as directed by management
Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws
Return vehicles to designated locations
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years towing experience
1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
