Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health assessments and diagnosis for residents

• Provide guidance in palliative and dementia care strategies
• Lead trend analysis to improve care standards and training
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in long-term care nursing
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
• Additional certifications in palliative care are advantageous
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus
