Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeCA$37.94/hr - CA$51.75/hrPosition SummaryReporting to the Manager, Laboratory Services you will be responsible for ensuring high quality patient focused care through accurate and timely laboratory analysis.Mandatory QualificationsMust be currently licensed in accordance with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) to practice medical laboratory technologyUnderstands the principles and has the ability to perform embedding and microtomy techniques on Pathology specimens.Minimum of 3 years Pathology experience preferred.Grossing and Immunohistochemical experience an assetPersonal attributes - self-starter who has the ability to work well with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced medical setting. Highly developed organization skills and the ability to multitask.Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills with technologists and other professionals in the workplace.Strong organizational, time management,
