With our creativity, outstanding culture, and cool technology we may just be the best kept marketing secret in Canada.In this role, you'll be a key IT team member, providing helpdesk support and managing end‑user devices within JAM – a thriving CRM marketing agency with diverse environments including Windows, and macOS. You'll also be in a supporting role within the IT team for system administration tasks and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain end‑user devices, including mobile device management (MDM) with JAMF and Intune, and monitor for vulnerabilities using vulnerability management toolsProvide first‑level IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting daily IT operations for all employeesUpdate and maintain IT documentationAssist in managing server, network,
