In this role, under the Membership Director, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and program participants. Your duties will include providing vital information, assisting with memberships, and ensuring safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Introduce and guide members on available programming
• Handle membership applications and provide orientations
• Manage inquiries through calls and emails efficiently




• Ensure safety regulations and privacy standards are maintained
• Promote community engagement and support special events
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proven ability to build rapport with members
• Experience with Activenet and phone systems is a plus
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
