As part of the Greystar team, you'll handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready preparations for new residents. Daily responsibilities include repairs, inspections, and assisting in grounds maintenance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests from residents efficiently • Conduct inspections and prepare apartments for recent leases • Ensure cleanliness in common areas and amenities • Manage procurement of maintenance-related supplies • Accurately document maintenance activities and track requests
Requirements: • High School diploma or GED required • EPA certifications (Type I, II, or Universal) are essential • Effective communication and customer service skills • Knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed
