As a Senior Manager in the Data & Analytics department at UHN, you will report to the Director of Data Architecture & Enablement. Your role is vital in managing the Data Intelligence Hub and ensuring top-notch database administration services. You will facilitate comprehensive team support and maintain solid operational standards within the data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define team roles and manage task assignments effectively
• Conduct performance reviews and foster staff growth
• Guide recruitment and retention strategies to enhance team quality




• Promote a team-oriented, service-oriented team culture
• Monitor operational support and issue resolution

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in management
• Required undergraduate degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric is necessary
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification is a plus
