Bergfeld Mennonite Church seeks a committed full time youth pastor to mentor around 30 youth. Your responsibilities will include organizing weekly meetings, retreats, and mission trips while nurturing relationships both within and outside the church community. Key Responsibilities:



• Plan and lead weekly youth meetings for spiritual growth • Organize retreats and mission trips for youth participation • Foster relationships with youth to encourage active involvement • Equip and oversee a team of youth sponsors • Participate actively in church leadership and initiatives
