Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead development and validation of clinical diagnostic assays
• Manage all assay lifecycle stages from concept to submission
• Implement quality control for diagnostics accuracy




• Collaborate closely with R&D; and clinical teams
• Interpret complex data to guide decisions

Requirements:
• PhD or Master's in a relevant scientific discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical diagnostics
• Familiarity with diagnostic platforms like NGS and PCR
• Regulatory knowledge (FDA, ISO 13485) is essential
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
