In this full-time, in office role, you will report to the Senior Manager and oversee the PWCL planning team. Your experience will enhance communication across departments, enabling efficient rental fleet serviceability and availability. You will actively lead new engine planning while ensuring product availability and building strong relationships within the P&WC; Network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance engine planning consolidation and communication • Lead new engine planning initiatives with production • Develop a value stream approach for delivery processes • Ensure availability of rental fleet for customer needs • Maintain comprehensive inventory understanding for assigned models
Requirements: • 8+ years of experience or 5+ years with a Master’s degree • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; other tools are assets • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities • Ability to work in uncertain environments • Excellent English communication skills
